Last night I tried restorative yoga which was a totally new experience for me. It was more than relaxing. It actually helped me to feel each part of my body along with each breath I took.
The instructor was great (&pretty) and I actually succeeded meditation for the first time of my life. Before last night I always just ended up thinking about some other stuff… I know I always think too much but this is the first time I DO NOT THINK OF anything…
And it was great!! I could feel the Chi(air) flowing thru my vein! The most amazing thing was I didn’t eat much for dinner but I didn’t feel hungry at all after yoga classes. I think the power I gained thru practicing yoga filled the needs.
The best out of all the work I’ve done, that my stomach shrank a little!!! I am gonna continue the hard work and go exercise at least 3 times a week!! Though I scheduled 5 lessons this week and planned hot yoga on SAT. Let’s hope that I don’t die in there…

這堂課很輕鬆 比陰瑜珈還輕鬆
先是吐納呼吸練習 再來十分鐘的冥想
每個動作都在提醒你專注於呼吸 專注於自己身體的每個角落
而我第一次成功的把腦海中所有思緒給清空
不知道是不是聰明的人都想很多
我只能說我只要是醒著腦子就一直轉個不停
之前就算上完瑜珈大休息的時候 也頂多是睡著
昨晚是第一次我知道我沒有睡著 我感覺著我的呼吸頻率
卻沒有在想任何的人。事。物。
我能感覺到身體裡的氣在流動 聚集到我的手腳部位
平常盤腿坐沒多久一定手麻腿麻 昨晚卻完全沒有發生
大部分動作都很簡單 躺在枕頭上 抬腿 前彎 扭轉
超簡單的啦~ 嘿嘿~
而且瑜珈最詭異的 就是不管做之前有沒有吃東西
做完瑜珈卻一點都不餓! 整個身體感覺很輕盈很飽足充滿能量
才一個星期我已經可以感覺我的上腹有漸漸縮小的趨勢
YAY~ 我要保持一星期至少三堂課的紀錄!
這星期我排了五堂課 星期六還要try hot yoga
希望不要被熱死~
