This is Steven King’s not-new-but-new-enough-to-me book
I like this back cover more than Chinese version
Anyways, several reasons I do not like and did not enjoy this book:
1. Prejudiced. When lending me this book, TH said he could only read up to about 100 pages. He found this book extremely boring!
2. ∵1. ∴I put this book in toilet and only read it when poo… Maybe I would have to read the whole thing once to like it…
3. In the end I still have no fucking idea what that tall scary thing that eats ppl really is!!
4. I guess I am supposed to feel scared by the “special world & the tall scary thing that eats ppl” author created, but I only got scared by the psycho fan who attacked Lisey…
5. I felt really uncomfortable and pissed when finishing up reading that shit!! Coz obviously I tried so much time trying to figure out what the hell they are scared of…
6. On the Chinese version book cover, some famous ppl said “This is the love memento!” as his/her recommendation. I thought there’s some romance in it, but I only found her threatened, harassed, scared, stabbed, cut, hurt, etc. I don’t find any fucking love in it!
7. I do find one thing in common about Lisey and me, she has “3 endearing, yet maddening sisters” though I only got one…
ha, I cant agree with them more!
終於看完這本厚的要死的書了 英文版有五百多頁
我沒注意中文版幾頁 不過就經驗通常譯文會比原文多上很多
英文版的封底比較美 所以決定放這張 中文版封面看多醜
不過看到最後我終於知道那長凳上女人在幹嗎了
好吧 有好幾個原因我討厭這本書
1. 先入為主的偏見：TH說他完全看不下去
所以我一開始便對這本書不抱太大期望 畢竟我是羅曼史小說類愛好者
任何太困難太耗腦力的書我都不愛(包括課本！)
2. ∵1. ∴我把這本書放在廁所 做蛋糕的時候才拿來看
可能因為斷斷續續的 無法領略這本書的優點
還好這本人物出現的不多 要是像百年孤寂釀
我不管看幾次都還是不知道誰是誰
3.看完了我還是不知道書裡面高大的斑紋的吃人的東西是啥…
異月之界是啥(還有馬的到底是異月之界還是異界之月)
我前天半夜才看完的ㄟ！
4. 我知道我應該怕的是那個吃人的怪東西還有另一個世界
可是我只對那個恐嚇莉西的心理變態書迷感到恐怖…
5. 看完我只覺得不蘇湖不開心不爽
因為我前晚卯起來想知道到底他們一群人在怕？什？麼？
可是看完還是搞不清楚那有什麼好怕的
6. 推薦裡有個人寫是SK最動人的情書之類的
說真的 好歹我也是羅曼史愛好者 當他老婆要被威脅騷擾追殺割奶甩巴掌
我還真看不出愛在哪！？
7. 我跟主角唯一共通點 他有三個關係緊密但蕭肖的己啊要應付
我只有一個就快起空了！
